Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction  
Welcome to Contoured by Holly. By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with Contoured by Holly. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total treatment cost. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion.  

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings. No-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.  

 

4. Treatment Eligibility  
Clients must be 18 years or older for all aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be required. A full consultation will be carried out before any treatment. It is essential that you provide honest and accurate medical history. Certain medical conditions, allergies, or medications may prevent you from receiving specific treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable.  

 

5. Results & Expectations  
Aesthetic treatments are not permanent and results may vary depending on individual factors. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results. We do not offer guarantees on results, and all treatments are carried out with client consent and understanding of the expected outcome.  

 

6. Aftercare & Client Responsibility  
Aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment. Clients are responsible for following these instructions to ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of complications. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and may not be covered under any corrective measures.  

7. Refunds & Corrections 
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds will be issued once a treatment has been carried out. If a client experiences any concerns, they must contact Contoured by Holly within 14 days of treatment to arrange a review appointment. In cases where a correction is required, treatment will be assessed on an individual basis.  

 

8. Liability & Risks
While every precaution is taken to ensure client safety, all treatments carry some level of risk. Contoured by Holly is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical history, failure to follow aftercare, or external factors beyond our control. By proceeding with a treatment, clients acknowledge that they understand and accept the risks involved.  

 

9. Privacy & Confidentiality  
All personal information and medical history provided by clients will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

 

10. Social Media & Marketing
With client consent, before-and-after photos may be taken and used for marketing purposes on our website and social media. Clients have the right to decline the use of their images for promotional purposes.  

 

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions  
Contoured by Holly reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
